Buddha Palm Closing MovementsClosing Movements: Crane's Beak and Swallow the Saliva
Form beaks with both hands by squeezing all of your fingers around the thumbs. Inhale and contract your sexual organs.

Move your tongue around and draw in your cheeks to generate saliva; divide the saliva into three parts. Gulp the first part of your saliva down to the center of your navel, the second part down to the left side of your navel, and the third part to the right side of your navel.

Raise your forearms to shoulder height, keeping the beaks pointing downward.

Slowly open the palms and lower the arms to the sides, then brings your palms to face each other in front of your navel.

Place your hands on your navel: men place the right hand on top,
women place the left hand on top.

Feel the energy you have generated and collect it at the navel.
Rest.
